Connectivity is a fundamental life skill and yet, up until now little or no training has been available. Identify Modify Adapt (iMA) is an exciting, new, universal language, designed to maximise connectivity i.e. mutual liking, trust, understanding and respect.
By its ability to identify and observe patterns, iMA provides a simple way to understand the differences between people, then connect with them on their wavelength. When this happens communication, understanding and trust go up, stress and tension go down.
Ninety head teachers at the Independent Schools Associations Autumn Conference 2010 were introduced to iMA. Seventy-seven per cent of the heads rated iMA as excellent and 21 per cent very good, with a high level of interest in how iMA could be used to promote harmony in the classroom.
They recognised that iMA with its four key dialects provides a simple way of communicating with different people, each on their own wavelength.
