I just love it Eugenie when you talk .....High Red

People tell you what colour they are if you watch what they do and listen to what they say.

There's no doubt about what colour Eugenie Brouchard is based on her interview with  BBC's Gary Richardson immediately following her victory over Simona Halep to reach the Wimbledon final.

Gary  "Many, many congratulations, you are through to the final, you just had to move the ending.... Too stressful for me."

Eugenie " Yeah was a little crazy, I don't know, I've never ended a match like that before. I'm just happy, but I kept my focus and that I didn't get distracted or anything."

Gary "You're in the Wimbledon final! Describe your emotions

Eugenie" I'm really excited, I have a day off tomorrow, I can't wait to play. It's good to be my first Grand Slam Final, so I'm just gonna go for it.
I'll have probably my toughest match yet, so I'm looking forward to the challenge."

Gary " 2014 has been an excellent year. Are you surprised at how well you've done?"

Eugenie" I never say I'm  surprised because I put  in a lot of hard work, and it's been years in the making for me, so I believe in myself and I expect good results, and I always want more. I've had a good start to the season, but I expect myself to do even better than that, so that's what I'm going to try to do."

Gary " "At 20 your showing great mental strength. How do you work on that? Because in that semi final "match point"- "match point "  you're really having to concentrate aren't you?"

Eugenie" Yeah, that took it little bit of mental strength there to stay focused.
I'm not going to give away any of my secrets, but it's just important for me to enjoy being out there, and second of all, really just to focus on what I need to do, you know, tactically how I want to play."

Gary "Can you enjoy it?"
Eugenie " Yeah, you know it's tough work, but you know what, it's what I love, I love working hard, and I love tough moments, and challenges."

Gary  " Petra Kvitova  is  next and you played once before and she won that one.
She said already that she will look at the DVDs and really ,really, plan for you.
What do you say to that?"

Eugenie " Well, good, I expect a tough challenge. She will go in prepared and I will be prepared as well, and my coach will definitely watch her play, and give me some tips on how she plays. But you know, I'm just going to go out there and play my game, I think I can play even better than I played today."

Gary " Just lastly, what a lovely occasion for you. You are through to the Wimbledon final, and all your family are here as well, what a great day. It's going to be."

Eugenie " Yeah, it's really cool, and I'm glad that I got to stay at Wimbledon for 2 whole weeks, and I just want to give my best effort, leave it all on the court and we'll see what happens".

iMAgine all the People

Today over 25 senior managers working for Cisco in the Middle East discovered that they were not alone and that each person belonged to a group of 1.75 Billion people on the planet that all share the same comfort zone, look at and filter the world through the same eyes and ears, speak the same language, and are blessed with natural talents that they do better than the majority of people.

At the very same time 125 students age 14-15 years old from Holy Family Catholic School in Yorkshire UK were making the same discovery about themselves,   attending an Inspiration Day  using the universal language of iMA to help them and their teachers understand themselves, identify their Areas of Brilliance and learn how to use iMA to Connect with the majority of people who are on a different wavelength.

The exciting news is that both groups of people, although different in age, background, life experience, education, and culture answered the same iMA Self Discovery Questionnaire,

Use your iMAgination and you will see that the answer to much of the worlds problems can be found by asking the question " What color are you?"

iMA Power in Schools

The key to energy is desire. I am energized by the desire to make everyone in the world
aware of the universal language of iMA.

"I wish I would've learned this earlier in my life". "Why don't they teach this in schools?"

On April 26 th I had the good fortune to introduce iMA to 70 teachers and staff at Mayville High School Sea,Hampshire UK.

I received this letter on Saturday, and have permission to publish it.

Dear James

Here is a brief overview of what the Year 3 boys and girls ( 8 to 9 years old) did in an assembly
to the remainder of the school (400 students) following the iMA Teacher Training on April 26th.
They presented to all the children from the ages 4 to 16!

What colour are you?

As a follow-up to a very interesting staff inset day. We put together an assembly that related what the staff had learnt directly to the students.

You can see from the assembly script that we firstly thought about what we are good at and how we can help others with the skills we have. We thought about how this and our different personalities make us the unique people we are.

We then decided how are personalities are different using the High Red, High Yellow, High Green, and High Blue iMA styles.
You can see from the script how each group was portrayed by the children. They then sorted themselves into the iMA styles group. They thought they best fitted into.
Since the assembly. They often talk about how someone is a High Blue, or has done a very High Yellow thing etc.

Chet: Welcome to our assembly. A new term, a new start.

Jasmine: We have been thinking about new targets for this term.
Izzy: I would like to get better at reading.
Alan: I would like to get better at tables.
Scarlet: I would like to get better at netball.
Jem: I would like to get better at organization.
Vithusan: I would like to get better at being more confident.

Sonny: We have also thought about what we are good at already.

Tabatha: I love reading.
Rosie: I think netball is brilliant.
Madeleine: I like being neat, tidy and organised.
Harry: give me a math sum any day.
James L: I will clearly and confidently talk in front of the whole class.

Classroom Scenario Set Up

Lucy: A working day in upper 2

Pupils sit at desks working

Izzy: I just can't read this. What does that word say? Mrs. Rackett can you help me?
Ivy: Just a moment I'm listening to Evie read.
Tabitha: I'm good at reading, shall I help you?
Izzy: Yes please, thank you.
Jem: Oh my desk is such a mess, will I ever get it tidy?
Madeleine: Let me show you how I organize my desk.
Jem: Wow! Will you help me do that?
Madeleine: Yes, I would love to.
Vithusan: I'm really nervous about reading my poem in front of the class.
James L.: Would you like me to stand at the front with you, just in case?
Vithusan: Yes please, I would feel much more confident with someone else there.

Alan: On the netball court
With a ball start a pretend game.
( Cerys,EJ, Katie and Rose)
Scarlett: I just can't seem to get the ball in the net.

Rosie: Look try this.

Scarlet: Oh that's better.

Joshua: We are all good at something, which makes us all different and special.

Jack G.: Each one of us has a different personality, which makes us unique. We all act in different ways. We all respond in different ways.

Sort into iMA Groups

HR Joseph + Curtley : We are the High Reds
HY Jude: We are the High Yellows
HB Lauren Jack+ James: We are the High Blues
HG Rose: we are the High Greens

Safia: I am a High Yellow. I am confident and will always put my hand up in class. I love to have loads of friends and chat. I say what I think and like to get things done quickly.

Capucine: I am a High Blue. I also like to have lots of friends, and what they think of me is scary important. I am not as confident as High Yellow, and would prefer to sit back and listen.

Joseph: I am a High Red. I just want to get my work done without any fuss or bother. I am good at my work and don't like being interrupted by chatterboxes. If they interrupt me I will tell them to be quiet.

Dominic: I am a High Green. I will listen carefully and make sure I do what I am asked. I like to know exactly what's going on, as it makes me feel happier. I can be quite shy.

Ruben: Even our teachers are all different.

Jessica: Ms. Rackett would join the High Yellow group, as she is confident and likes people.

Harvey: Mrs. Gates would join the High Blue group as other people. And what they think and feel is important to her.

Jack G.: Mr. King, what iMA colour would you say you are?
Mrs. Tudgay, what colour would you say you are?

Timothy: perhaps you would all like to think about what iMA colour you are, and how the special person you are could help others.

Daisy: We will now say a prayer.

Thank you for making us all unique and special.
Help us to use our differences to help each other.
Make us think about other people's needs, as well as our own.
Give us confidence in what we are good at and guidance in what we find more difficult.
Help us to work together as a team.
Amen

Anisa: We will now sing hymn number 258 . This Little Light of Mine

What is Connectivity? Why is it so important ?

Connectivity is a mutual liking and trust, and the feeling that your thoughts, feelings and concerns are mutually understood.

Why is it so important?
When you are Connected the other person sees the best in you and ….
Gives you their time and attention
Places weight on what you say
Focuses on your strong points
Overlooks your weaknesses
Willingly assists you
and Goes out of their way to be with you.

The opposite of being Connected is not being Dis-Connected it is "Indifference".

When people are "Indifferent" to you they don't give you their time and attention. They don't place weight on what you say, and they go out of their way to avoid you.

Your effectiveness ,success , happiness and future is dependent upon your ability to Connect with others.

People who Connect Prosper
those that don't....... struggle.

The ability to Connect with 3 out of 4 people that are on a different wavelength than you is in high demand and short supply. This is a valuable skill and it can be learned!

Increase your Value and Gain a Competitive Edge through Connectivity.

iMA is an exciting new Universal Language designed to maximise Connectivity and ease stress and tension. To find out what iMA dialect you speak, and how to Connect with others at every level of your life just click on the button below.

iMA turned my dream into reality," the "Vineyards Resort on the Black Sea"

Missouri is known as the " show me state," and even have it inscribed on their license plates. When people in the Midwest, are sceptical about something, they will say," I'm from Missouri" in other words, prove it.

Whatever it is that you are looking for the universal language of iMA can help you achieve it, by helping you Connect with people at every level of your life. For those of you that are "from Missouri" here's proof.

In June 2005 my wife Elaine and I stood on an old German bunker just outside of the town of Aheloy, on the Bulgarian seacoast, 15 minutes from Sunny Beach.

We agreed that would be a fabulous location to build a holiday home. In looking out over the fields, this is what we saw.( place your curser on the picture to move 360 degrees) We decided that it was so beautiful that we wanted to share it with others, so instead of just a home for ourselves, why not build a magnificent resort?
( We are both High Yellows!)

We both agreed that it was a great idea and that we would use iMA to make it happen. We used iMA for everything.
  • Selecting the right Bulgarian partner who we could trust to do the job.
  • Negotiating and purchasing the land from 20 separate owners and stitching it together to give us the 14 acres that we needed for the resort.
  • Getting the planning permissions in place.
  • Working with the architects, to create a design that would appeal to all 4 iMA color styles.
  • Managing the project and creating ideal project teams.
  • Using iMA to understand, communicate, build trust and cooperation, and avoid stress and tension, during the construction stage, with people of all ages, backgrounds, life experiences and cultures.
  • Selling over 250 apartments and Villas the majority by Elaine and myself using iMA in matching our selling style with the customers buying style
  • Managing over  70 staff in a way that they want to be managed
  • Hopefully you will have the opportunity, to visit us at the Vineyards this summer. And if you do, this is what you will see!

  • If you are still not convinced, and want more proof of how iMA can help you Connect with people that can change you life for the better and or want to know more about the Vineyards then click here! .
  •  When iMA is at work "You have only to move in the direction of your dreams, to meet with success unexpected in common hours" What is your dream?

  •  All the best

What color are your friends on Facebook?

Chances are good that the people that are the most important to you are of a different iMA colour than you.
When people are different, they have difficulty connecting, often mis-communicate, have difficulty influencing, are less likable, and can rub people the wrong way just by being themselves.

To help you understand how your friends want to be treated on Facebook click here
